2012 Christmas in the City

On Sunday December 16th 50+ MA HOBY alum met at the Boston Convention Center to volunteer at the 23rd Christmas in the City event. Volunteers were assigned to tables of families where they brought food and allowed the parents to relax while they played with the children. Towards the end of the day all of the children received presents that the volunteers had been wrapping all day. By the end of the day, as everyone said their goodbyes, everyone could feel the spirit of Christmas.
This is MAHOBY’s 7th year working with Christmas in the City. Our continued dedication has built a strong bond that we will continue to develop in the years to come. The staff was thankful of our efforts and looks forward to working with MA HOBY in the future.
